You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Guest Access

You may access limited video content without registration. However, to access full course material, quizzes, and certificates, account registration and course purchase are required.

4. Paid Services

Vedims provides paid Vedic mathematics courses. To attend quizzes and receive certificates, users must purchase the respective course.

5. Refund Policy

At Vedims, we strive to provide a valuable learning experience. However, please note the following refund terms:

• Digital Products: Once a course is purchased, it is considered final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital content and instant access provided.
• No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused course content, quizzes, or services.
• Technical Issues: If you face any technical issues that prevent access to a purchased course, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase at[support@vedims.com]. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
• Duplicate Payment: In case of duplicate payment due to technical error, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
• Razorpay Payment Gateway: All refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method via Razorpay and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

6. Quiz and Certification

Upon completion of a purchased course, users can take quizzes. Based on performance, certificates will be issued and available for download.

We are not responsible for any actions or policies of these third-party services.

8. Content Ownership

All course materials, videos, and certificates provided through Vedims are the intellectual property of Vedims and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written consent.

9. App Availability

We strive to keep the App operational at all times. If the App fails after a course purchase, we commit to resolving the issue promptly. No guarantees or warranties are otherwise provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vedims will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App, including issues caused by third-party service providers.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
